Nishanth Alva

My name is Nishanth Alva.  While studying for my engineering degree during the first semester in 2020, I started getting chest pain frequently.  When consulted the Chest Physician and after the investigations it was said there is growth in between the ribs and I was operated upon to remove the growth 3.5 years ago in Bangalore.  The growth / mass recurred.  At this point my family was in distress and wasn’t sure as how to go about the further treatment or where to go.   At this point, a family friend connected us to Blue Nile Health Services who arranged for consultations from the super specialists in Mangalore as also in Mumbai.  Mr. Shiva Prasad Shetty, Proprietor of Blue Nile Health Services accompanied us to Mumbai and coordinated our consultation.  Subsequently, cryoablation was done thrice but the growth recurred.   There was no clarity about further treatment.

We contacted Blue Nile Health Services again and consultations, second opinions were organized in Mangalore and Mumbai.  Visited Mumbai looking for a possible solution and to undergo surgery.  However, Doctors in Mumbai were not sure of taking up the surgery.  We were guided to consult Doctors in Mangalore and after meeting the team of Surgeons, who discussed and explained us the course of treatment, my family decided to get my surgery done at Mangalore and finally got admitted on 10th November, 2024 and got discharged from the hospital today the 19th November, 2024, fully recovered.

Me and my family are very thankful to Blue Nile Health Services team for their constant support and guidance in my path to recovery.

We recommend Blue Nile Health Services to our friends and contacts looking for medical care.
